Back in May, my piece, To US.S..S…, received a prize in the ULJUS Composition Competition 2023. The competition, based in Serbia, has four categories for compositions; I received the only prize in the ‘professionals’ category. There were over 300 submissions, so I’m really proud that this piece was chosen. I only wish that I could visit Serbia, once again, for a performance of the piece, since it is a brilliant and beautiful country…!
